Phase 2 Roadmap

Disclaimer: This roadmap presents the current development goals and vision of the Shockwaves project. It is subject to change based on technological changes, new opportunities and the overall conjuncture.

Vision

Our goal is to create the best possible Web3 game that fully leverages the blockchain technology while being accessible to the mass market.

Artificial Intelligence is central to Shockwaves as it powers a sustainable system. To bring the AI Agents further than Shockwaves, they will be owning EVM wallets and we are prototyping ways for them to transact and become economic actors on the blockchain.

While there are many things we want to add in Shockwaves, the game is already fully functional, so we want to let the world know about it through marketing both in Web2 and Web3.

Every major feature and smart contract is built in a way that it can be reused for future games so that, even though Shockwaves is our main focus right now, we can create utility for the NEUROS and our NFTs through future games that will be much faster to develop.

Through regular sponsored tournaments, we are not only reaching other communities and giving greater rewards but also solidifying our place in the ecosystem.

Tokenomics

Sponsored tournaments enable us to grant attractive rewards to tournaments without creating selling pressure on the NEUROS. It is also a great tool to grow and leverage our partner network to bring exposure to Shockwaves.

Game

Our primary goal is to make Shockwaves able to compete in terms of graphics and gameplay quality with AAA first person shooters. Besides the polish and optimization of the game mechanics, our aim is to add diversity to the game to increase the retention of players and improve the monetization of Shockwaves.

Marketing

On the Web3 side, Shockwaves is built in a way to rapidly integrate sponsorships for tournaments and events. This helps us to reach other communities and develop partnerships in the Web3 space.

For the mass market audience, the key is to leverage platform algorithms to reach users in an optimal way. This can be done on launchers like Elixir and the Epic Games Store but also on streaming platforms like Twitch with the Twitch Drops.
